HRM Benefits Enrollment Online Form Submissions
Employment related forms (e.g. EAF, RAP, PSLF - Public Service Loan Forgiveness) should be submitted through the HRIS drop box: https://w.msstate.edu/hrm/online-files/hris.php
Please complete the file drop steps below and upload one attachment per outstanding requirement. Once successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

All Open Enrollment forms must include an original signature and must be submitted during the month of October. Submissions with digital signatures or submissions made before October 1st or after October 31st will not be processed. A Pre-tax Benefit Enrollment Form must be completed each time you request a change in coverage.
