The event draws over 100 Scouts and parents/leaders each year, and our goal is to create an environment where Scouts have an opportunity to continue their advancement program and earn valuable merit badges that may not be readily available elsewhere. We also want to assist scouts on their journey to Eagle Scout and beyond.

  • Each Troop represented is expected to have at least two trained leaders present on the day of MBU per 10 scouts in attendance.

What to Bring

  • Class A Uniform
  • Water Bottle
  • Note taking materials
  • Merit badge workbook for the class you are attending.
  • Documentation for any prerequisites required to be completed before class.
  • BSA Health and Medical form, Parts A & B

8:00 AM - 8:45 AM - Registration (Taylor Auditorium at McCool Hall)

8:45 AM - Opening Session (Taylor Auditorium at McCool Hall)

9:00 AM - 12:00 AM - Morning Session (McCool Hall Classrooms)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Lunch (Perry Cafeteria)

1:00 PM - 3:45 PM - Afternoon Session (McCool Hall Classrooms)

3:45 PM - 4:00 PM - Closing Session (Taylor Auditorium at McCool Hall)

Registration

Due to popularity, and availability of counselors, some classes will fill up quickly. Scouts who register early have the best chance of getting the classes they want. Class sizes are limited.
