Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter at Mississippi State University

This organization serves as the campus chapter for Habitat for Humanity. We will serve to create an awareness for the Habitat for Humanity's Starkville branch, the housing crisis in Starkville as well as the socioeconomic disparity, and of the many ways one can get involved with Habitat! Our organization has many teams with unique ways you can get involved in your community! Our teams include, The Fundraising Team (The Funds-Builders), The ReStore Team (The Store-Builders), The Construction Team (The Home-Builders), The Media & Advertising Team (The Confidence-Builders), and The Family-Selection Team (The Relationship-Builders). With the Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter at MSU, you can get down and dirty, get fancy and flashy, and get active and passionate! We have a place for you!

Hillel, the Jewish Student Association

We are Mississippi State University's only Jewish organization on campus. Our goal is to promote healthy Jewish life as well as inclusion of Jewish culture in the public sphere. Also, we strive to maintain an inclusive membership comprised of Jewish students and non-Jewish students that are interested in learning more about Judaism.

Horseman's Association at MSU

MSU Horseman's Association is a club for those interested in horses and the horse industry. No horse ownership is required to join! If you want to get involved with horses in any way, shape, or form; come join us! We have monthly guest speakers ranging from elite Equestrians and AQHA officials to your everyday farrier or business owner. Meetings are held every first and third Tuesday in Room 4043 of the Wise Center (Animal and Dairy Science Department; 4th floor). We also participate in helping host local shows at the MS Horse Park, Dixie Nationals in Jackson, MS; assist our community with the therapeutic riding center in West Point, MS and at Golden Triangle Horse Rescue. Horticulture Club at Mississippi State University

The MSU Horticulture Club offers interested students the opportunity to further their horticultural education in an informal, fun, and competitive manner. Club activities include community service projects, plant sales, trade shows, competition at regional and national meetings, and trips. Through identification and judging of plant materials, students have the opportunity to travel and bring recognition to themselves, and the university. The mission of the MSU Horticulture Club is to encourage the study and practice of all phases of horticulture. Any interested MSU student is welcome to join the Horticulture Club.
